FB13 - No "Release" Button

Hi Experts,

Is there any other way to release a document for payment aside from going to FB13? Currently, there is a blocked for payment which is "P" and work flow is activated. Now, it didn't flow to the work flow and we are trying to manually release the documennt via FB13 but the "Release" button is not appearing in FB13.

SAP note 375797 is the solution. Please proceed as described in the note.
