Hi Gurus,
I'd like to extract Stock Transfer Orders (MM documents) by using DS 2LIS_02_SCL. Currently, when I load the Setup table for Purchase application, I don't have any record for that kind of purchase order though I have standart PO.
I don' t understand because there are many records in EKPO and EKET for STO (document range 4600000000 to 4699999999).
By the way, in the settings for purchasing, the industry sector chosen is 'retail'. Could you also explain me what does it mean exactly ?
Thank you !
Hello Alexander,
2LIS_02_SCL doesn't capture Stock tranfer orders. it captures only Standard POs.
You can create generic datasource for Stock transfer.
In SAP R/3 there are two settings for purchasing datasources
1) Determine for Industry sector
2) Transaction key maintenance for SAP BW
In Purchasing datasource we have a field called Process type(BWVORG) which assumes different values based on purchasing document type. If above settings are not done then BWVORG would be blank.
For more details refer to note 684465

Shilpa

Hi,
Thanks for your answer but my problem is not yet solved.
Do you mean that it is never possible to load STO via 2LIS_02_SCL ? even if the process keys are maintained (process Key 11 to 17) ?
Anyway, in display mode these process keys seem to be activated.
I have changed the Industry Setting from Retail to Standard (core) and refilled my setup table. But I still don't have records for Stock Transport Orders.
Any other Idea ?
Thank you,
Hi Alexandra,
Please check your TWE11 table should have the fields BW and NDI checked or not in the R/3 side..
Thanks,
Teja
