After Abs quota,How system calculate the Leave?

I would like to know how system calculate leave if all the Absence quotas are over?How we need to configure this?

Spro Node : Time Management->Time Data Recording and Administration-> Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas- >Time Quota Types -> Define Absence Quota Types

Choose the specific Quota Type and set the Max no upto which Neg Ded is allowed (Neg. Ded. To) field.

This depends on the setting on the Absence Type. If we set allow negative deduction, system will allow to apply leave even after the quota is over. Otherwise, system will show error message and disallow leave application.
