Problem After installing BEX

Hello,

After intalling Bex, I try to launch the Analyzer but with one account it is in German and it doesn't work (I cannont click on any button), and with another account on the same computer it works (it is in english, and the button 'Connect' works ).

The first account have administrators rights, the 2nd one doesn't...

I didn't find any tip

Hi,

If you use Exel 2003 you have to install sp3 for MS Office or office2003-KB907417-FullFile-RUS.exe.

you will need the correct language also ... the previous post has given the Russian version - you will need the Excel 2003 hotfix for your language....
