KKS2 -Variance Calculation Issue

Hi,

i have executed Variance calculation in KKS2 transaction code.After execution of this,i am getting one list.In that list it is giving one amount under Target Costs.This target amount differs from Actual Costs & Actual Costs Allocated.

what is this Target cost? why we are getting this? from where we get this value?

Kindly advice me.

Taget costs are planned costs (Std cost estimate) for actual production quantity. The variance is calculated for the difference between target costs and actual costs.
