Trying to connect Crystal Reports

I have a client where I have installed SAP Crystal Reports 2013 SP5 to her local machine and am attempting to connect it to their SAP database. However, the Database Expert is not listing SAP Business One as a connection option. The other SAP connection options do not list an available SAP system:

I've successfully installed and configured CR remote to the SAP database in the past, but it has always been with SQL Tools and SSMS installed. Is that necessary here with CR? Installing SQL Tools is not an option here. Are there other options?

I do have CR installed on the server and have no issues there. Does anyone have any insight into this?

Hi Randy,

There is an OEM version of CR Designer for Business One. You need to use that version to get the B1 database drivers.

She can go to the B1 SAP site and download it. Uninstall the one you installed, if it's not the B1 version.

If it's not B1, you would need to have the SAP client installed to her machine in order to get the connection info for reporting.
