Hi Experts,
I am facing a problem in workflow . My business scenario is for take the complaint and if the same complaint came in 2 days then this should be treated as a repeat complaint.
For capture this scenario i create a workflow that log complaint through customer contact and when we save the complaint this complaint will go for the associate department . But if customer come again for same complaint ( customer contact class is same Action is Same) then this complaint should be shown as a repeated complaint.
