Error in IotMMS

Hi Im unable to stop or restart iotmms app in HCP. it is in error state

Seems Resolved now.

Hello Tanveer, from the screenshot I see you are on a Trial landscape and from the MMS logs I have figured out that your MMS have lost its connectivity to the shared HANA system. An internal ticket has been raised for colleagues to check what went wrong. I will keep you updated. Sorry for the inconvenience, Anton

Tanveer, can you please say if you are using HANA shared system or MDC system as a data source for your IoT MMS? In case of MDC, please be advised that it is being stopped after 12 hours, so you will have to start it manually from your HCP Cockpit and then also re-start IoT MMS.
