Hello,

I have uploaded the ruleset in Compliance Calibrator(CC) 5.2, but I am unable to view the ruleset after the upload was done.

CC says - "Active Rulesets - 0"

Could you help me with activating or having a look.

Thanks.

Hi,

I hope you are talking about sap standard rules.

The sequence should be like this (It is for GRC 5.3)-

SAP Standard rules upload-

Files are delivered in SAP patch - VIRACCNTNT04_0-10006688.SAR, after uncaring it we will get upload files and these rule set files.

Upload standard rules in the given sequence u2013

1. Business Process - Business_Process.txt

2. Function u2013 a) ALL_Functions b) Functions_BP

3. Function Authorization a) R3_Function_Action.txt b) R3_Function_Permission.txt

4. Ruleset - All_Ruleset.txt

5. Risk - a) R3_Risks.txt b) R3_Desc.txt c) R3_Risk_Ruleset.txt

After generate rules in background.

If you have already uploaded any of them, try to reupload it in given sequence.

Sabita

Hello Sabita,

I only have 1 file - "Ruleset.txt".

That is all I could extract from the GRC source system.

Kindly tell me how do I export/download the Business Processes and Functions from my source system.

Thanks.

Hi Gautam,

If you are talking about SAP Standard ruls, then you will get all files in VIRACCNTNT04_0-10006688.SAR.

If you want to implement your own business scenario, then you will have to collect all data and put it manually.

Collect data according to your business scenario -

1. Business Process

2. Rule sets

3. Functions

4. Risks( a) SOD b) Sensitive/Critical Tcodes-Actions)

5. Generate Rules

IT will take time, according to your scenario.

Sabita

Hi Sabita

>a) R3_Risks.txt b) R3_Desc.txt c) R3_Risk_Ruleset.txt

I have uploaded all three of them. My question is does we need to upload other ruleset txt files like( hr_pay,crm, ECCS_)risks rule that are available with the VIRACCNTNT05_0-10006688.SAR to our GRC AC 5.3 ?

Please help.
