Dialog step not getting created in ERMS but acknowledgement is received.

Hi,

I configured the ERMS with all the basic steps then I sent an email to the specific e-mail ID. Fortunately I got the auto acknowledgement based on the rule modeller but surprisingly in transaction SWI1 I am not getting the Dialog step and the Background step created.

Another important observation is that the Task TS00207914 (ERMS decision) is throwing an error "Variable &REQREQ.REQUISITIONERUSER.ITSDESTINATIONSY& exists in description text Task description, but not in the container" when doing a check on it.

Kindly provide your valuable inputs if you have faced similar problem earlier so that we can be highly benefitted.
