BPC Package View status not opening

Dear All

We are facing one strange issue.

For one of the Data manager package in BPC, the Log is not getting created.

When we click on Package view status, it shows successful. But when we try to see log, it says log file couldn't found.

We tried to check in UJFS - Private publications. The folder not created for the date triggered on. for other packages its working well.

could you please help on it?

    Hello,

    Is it possible that there was a cleanup and log files that are older than a certain date were removed? Removing older log files is not unusual, in fact it is necessary if you are facing issues especially during UJBR restore or backup.

    Due to the fact that you are using custom chain (ZBPC_FP_04) in this package - then it's not possible to help you without detailed analysis of ABAP code of this chain.
