SAP default email sending with multiple templates

Hi Experts,

i want to send an email to my customers based on predefined subject and body in mutiple languages

I want to send an multiple emails with different content but there is an option

Admin->system initialization-print preference-insert predefined text.

each time i need to change the settings to send different subject

paralelly my other user will work on the different subject.

How to achieve that.
