which Process Integration Content do I need when I use SAP NetWeaver 7.0
(PI_Basis_2005_1_700)?

Unfortunately PI_Basis_2005_1_700 does not solve the problem.
I imported the SAP_Basis component and now I can access to Configuraiton.
