Why script POPUP.close() disables any action on dashboard ?

Hi there,

I am working on a set of dashboards on SAP Lumira Designer and wanted to allow my users to consult help popups.

As a consequence, I created info icons (sap-icon://message-information) clickable where the onClick script is as follow :;

The popup appears which only contains text and a sap-icon://decline icon to close the popup.

However, when we get back to the original page, all actions are disabled: charts are not clickage, same for buttons etc...

I have checked via the inspect element that the div containing the popup is still under focus by the window despite not displaying.

Do you have any solutions regarding this matter ?

Thank you in advance for your answers

      Hello Tammy - first thank you for the quick answer

      However my problem isn't related to this post: all datas inside my charts are displayed correctly. The problem comes that my popup is appearing above my report page (like these troublesome ads). The process of appearing and disappearing via script is working wonder.

      But after disappearing, when I click on my mouse on graphs, it is actually clicking on the popup div and not my report one.
