Trying to complete transaction "RTR_LCM_PLANT", on the download step to create an excel file, we get the following error: "OLE Error: Return code : = 2 error while generating the Excel". Sometimes we get a return code of 3.
The status bar says the file has been downloaded but no file is created.

We are using SAP GUI v7.5, there is nothing else installed on that machine
OS Win Server 2008
It happens with any report that downloads an excel file.
Can you help us?
