EL,CL,SL (Leaves) Condition check

Hi Folks,

I have the following scenario, which has to be checked for the Absences and absence quota i have already created.

PS: Positive time Mgmt is being used.

Earned Leave: Average 15 days will be credited in advance to individual account on every 1st January and adjusted next January based on actual earning. Minimum attendance of 240 days in the calendar year including days of all paid leave enjoyed during the period. Can be availed to a maximum of 6 times in a calendar year. Can be carried over to next year upto a maximum of 30 days. No half day leave is permissible. It should be planned well in time with prior permission.

Casual Leave: 6 days - Half a day leave can be availed of a maximum of six times per calender year. Cannot be accumulated. Cannot be encashed. Cannot be clubbed with any other kind of leave. Cannot be allowed for more than 2 days except for emergent reasons.

Sick Leave: 8 days - No half a day will be allowed. Can not be allowed for more than 2 days at a time except for emergent reasons. For more than 2 days at a time, it will be granted on application supported by medical certificate from medical practitioner. Can be accumulated upto 40 days. Over and above 40 days is encashable.

Shutdown Leave: 6 days - Leave if not used throughout the year will be added to EL at the end of the year.
