How to test IDOC to IDOC scenario?

Hi Sara,

You can test the scenario by generating the Idoc in the R/3 system by using the tr code WE19.

Then check the Idoc is reached the receiver R/3 system by using the tr code We02/WE05.

And also check the IDoc in the XI system by using the Tr .code IDX5.

Hi,

1. trigger an old idoc using tcode WE19 in R3

2. Check the status in WE02 R3

3. Check in SXMB_MONI,IDX5 in XI

4. Check in WE02/WE05 R3 for new idoc posted with same details as used in WE19.

Best way with a ABAP'er Someone needs to configure the inbound on the ERP side.

BUT also u can use the WE05 transaction to check if your IDOC arrives correctly on the ERP side. Sending the IDOC is possible with the test tool WE19.

Hi,

You can start with R3

1. SM58 (there shouldn't be any errors)

2. WE02 or WE05 (to check if you have Send/receive the IDOC successfully in R3)

In XI.

User IDX5 to see if IDOC has reached successfully.
