Unable to Edit Enumeration of Simple Data Type

Hi All,

I can not edit the created enumaration in Simple Data Type in Java WD. I am using NWDI and checkout the code. But when i want to Edit the Enumaration which is already been created those are in read only mode. New and Edit button are disabled for the Enumaration. Please help me out on this problem. I want to add more Key / Value pair in Simple Data type (in Enumaration).

Hi,

There are two possibilities:

1.) Someone has checked out the code and is working on it. In such case the person must check in the code before you can use it.

2.) The other is that you may have created the project from "Active Source" Tab instead of "Inactive Source". To resolve this go to your "Development Configuration" perspective, then switch to the "Inactive" tab, then recreate the project. Note that you may have to delete the earlier project of the same name so backup any majore changes. Then you will be able to edit the files in that project.

Problem Solved.

It was a Model Node thats why we can not edit / add field in enumaration

i am facing same problem , i want to edit simple type.

i read your thread you mentioned that problem is solved .
