Requesting for Migration process

Hi Team,

We have two SAP systems in our landscape with following versions.

1.SAP Product Version : SAP R/3 Enterprise

SAP_BASIS : 620 SP : 38

Kernel release : 640 Patch level : 80

Operating System : Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2

Database : MS SQL 2000

2.SAP Product Version : SAP R/3 Release 4.6 C

SAP_BASIS : 46C SP : 28

Kernel release : 46D Patch level : 2458

Operating System : Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2

Database : MS SQL 2000

So, We are planning to migrate these two systems to LINUX on HANA DB.

Could you please provide the information ( Media, Prerequisites & Process ) for the Migration process.
