Open Hub third Pary(INFORMATICA) extraction in yellow state forever

i am having issue with Informatica running job to thrid party from sap bw

1 - We have third party open hub extraction setup.

2 - All settings are fine : RFC destination, transformations, Open hub.

3 - Now the issue is that we have a third party system which informatica

4 - Now they trigger a job which in turn starts the PC in BW.

5 - This PC has 2 steps only. The start and the DTP.

6 - This DTP loads data from Info-object attributes to Open hub (basically a table).

7 - The DTP technical status is green but overall status stays yellow.

any one come across this issue. Informatica settign is correct and no issue in RFC

Hello,

Technical status will turn green when the BW job finishes. But the overall status will turn only when the destination system receives the file. Follow the below steps.

1. Try to delete the DTP requests included in this OHD through the program ( We have Z program where we pass OHD technical name and DTP ID. It will delete the requests)

2. Run the chain from BW and complete in green.

3. Informatica team to delete the logs linked to this run. Or the log files to be deleted.

4. Now Informatica team to trigger job which in turn starts the BW job . it should finish the job successfully.

Hi Satish,

Yellow men your job is still running.

please check t BW system SM50, there might one job which is long running, select that job and click on details icon from tool bar.

on next screen lease observe, insert/ update record count is increasing or stable. if its stable mean you job might stuck.

Seek basis team help.

is this full dtp or delta dtp? if its full dtp, you can cancel and repeat it.
