Unsubscribe link to update all communication categories at once?

Hello,

Quick question in regards to the C4C Sales Campaigns - Unsubscribe link to update communication category.

When triggering an email campaign sending Updates (communication category is 'Updates'), the unsubscribe link will update the respective Communication Category if the recipient clicks the Unsubscribe Link in the email body.

To unsubscribe from a Category, the below HTML Code was entered in the Email template:

href="mailto:{/FormCampaignExecutionPlaceholder/MailingPermissionDenyMailToURI}"><button type="button">Unsubscribe</button>

Is it possible to Unsubscribe from all Communication Categories at once? What will be the HTML Coding in this case?

Hello Andreas,

The feature you are requesting for is not controlled from the client side. Please switch off the Business Configuration question to unsubscribe the complete email channel in one go irrespective of the categories.

Thank you for your response.

But with this way we will lose the functionality of Unsubscribing from specific Categories.

Isn't any other solution so we can keep the Unsubscribe from Communication Categories in the HTML Code and at the same time have the option to unsubscribe from all Categories?
