Hi All , Is it possible to create unloading task automatically ?

Process I am looking for , delivery replicated from ERP to EWM , IDN converted to ID , automatic packing happened in EWM and then system should automatically create unload task... I was exploring action profile /SCWM/PRD_IN_TO_CREATE but seems it is for the putaway.

Hi,

don't want to judge if that is any useful request, but... /SCWM/PRD_IN_TO_CREATE should work. The action might say something with putaway, but effectively you create WTs for putaway, as it is for an inbound delivery. You need to set up process-oriented storage control to get the unloading task, so this PPF action would create the first WT for the process.

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!
And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!

Thanks Juergen, It worked by maintaining GM status NSNS in condition records...

I was just wondering since in POSC subsequent warehouse task can be setup to create automatically (setting up AUTO WT) like once unloading done , the putaway task to be created automatically.. And it seems to me that I can also setup the same using condition records with GM status NSFI (Not started to completed) as I have configured my system to complete GR at the time to unloading.

Will it also work ? if that is the case what is the difference between two setups ?
