Seeburger to SAP PI java stack (7.31) to ECC idoc configuration

Hi experts,

I need to connect to seeburger to ECC using SAP PI(java stack) using RFC and I need the details to be able to do this.

The restrictions are that I cannot use the ABAP stack in PI although my system is a dual stack.

I need the complete config and also the control header value for sender port and and client for the EDI_DC40 table as they do are required to be hardcoded.

I have tried going through the community and most of the things that I found did not work. Any help would be appreciated.

You could try to configure RFC channels based on Java stack of PI system.

    See Configuring the RFC Adapter

Also attached other details regarding SEEBURGER Adapter

    1.XI Seeburger adapters

2.Can SAP PI and Seeburger Business Integration Server (BIS) co-exist in an Integration landscape?

    Best Regards,

    • I went through the posts didn't find something particularly helpful. The thing is that I have to receive the Idocs into PI over an RFC connection and this cannot be changed, what I am looking for is the NW configuration for RA and destination and also the control record that would be forwarded from Seeburger, the sender port and client to be very specific.
