1. We have one host license for PowerBuilder 12.1 and PowerBuilder 12.5 on WIN 7 machine.

In order to move our PowerBuilder software and applications to the new WIN 10 machine, we need to get PowerBuilder and SySAM license server installation packages compatible with WIN 10 OS.
SAP tech assistant suggested to download those from the SAP Software Downloads page. However we couldn't do this - there are no products available for our account. Please advise.

2. Can we get temporary license for a new machine to be able to keep current WIN 7 machine up and running while we're working with a new WIN 10 machine?

Hi Yelena,

There is not a version of PB that supports Windows 10 but many customers report running both PB 12.1 and 12.5 on Windows 10 without issues The installation you already have for PB 12.1 and 12.5 should work on your new machine When you install you can install in Evaluation mode which will give you a 30 day evaluation (temporary) license. There is not another temporary license available. You should still be able to check in and regenerate your PB licenses with your current s-user id and password.

Do you have an installation for the SySAM license server that you used on Windows 7? Do you know what version it is and if it is 32 or 64 bit? This wiki articles gives details on installation https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=489201170
