Embargo block for a CRM Order

We have integrated CRM with GTS and we are using service material to process an order and this order goes to GTS for validation and currently it is going on block with the following error. "No relevant check date could be determined for the item". There is a Note 1638607 which talks about this error and it says that if delivery date and schedule line date is missing in GTS order then we will get this error. For CRM order there is no delivery and schedule line data so is there a standard fix for it.
