Hi,
we want to do over the counter sales in a showroom. The showroom is is defined as an sales office in the same sales organization. This is needed, as we always send email to the customers in standard sales, but on over the counter sales we want to print out invoices and sales order confirmations.
In general there will be different settings for the output channels of documents on over the counter sales and standard sales orders (in our case from the webshop).
Is there any way to define a different sales office as a stanard in over the counter sales? This would fix all of our problems.
