The IC manager is not working ??????????

Hello All

I am working on CRM 6.0

I want to use the IC manager business role, I assigned that role to a particular user then I opened the weblclient, but many functionalities is there but not working like generating a call list I am asking is there are any other settings or configuration should be done to make these functionalities work?
