Idoc in 51 status with error as "Transferring old schedule lines is not possible"

Hi,

I have a inbound Idoc in the status 51, when I try to see the error it says "Transferring old schedule lines is not possible" with the Message no. V4139

As mentioned in the description when I see the E1EDP10-LABKY field, the value is '1'.

what is the error and what should I ask the user to maintain in order to get the Idoc successfully posted.
