Can see view and controller requests along with Component-preload.js

Hi Experts,

I used Grunt to generate the Component-preload.js file for my extended application using the reference of the blog:

https://blogs.sap.com/2017/09/16/component-preload.jsminification-and-uglification-for-enhancing-the-performance-of-sapui5-application/

When I access the application from Fiori Launchpad through Developer tools console I see that component-preload.js is loaded along with view and controller file requests. Please suggest what configuration am I missing for an objective to load only component-preload.js file. I have my BSP application name starting with 'Z'

PFA gruntbuilderror.png for more information on Chrome dev tools.

Best Regards,

Karthik.

    Hello Karthik,

Check if this KBA can help you:

2513077 - Changes made to UI5 application only reflected when using debug sources

    Best regards,

    Hi Desiree,

Thank you for getting back. From SAP WebIDE (full stack) while deploying app to ABAP repository Component-preload.js file regenerates with new build and I was able to see the changes in it. I think I found a workaround for now.

Inside Web IDE (not full stack) included project type to SAPUI5 client Build along with Fiori App and upon deploy to ABAP repository automatically generates a Component-preload.js file and it worked. Comparing results I could see some differences in these Component-preload.js which might be the issue.

    Thanks,

    Karthik.
