BPC10.1 MS EPM AddIn 31P1 installed shown by startup but no Ribbon

I have installed Excel 2016 (64BIT) on Windows Server 2012R2.
I installed EPMEXCLCLNT31_0 (afterwards P1). File: "EPM_Add-in_NET45_x64"

During the start of Excel I can see that it is trying to start the AddIn. But when Excel comes up the Ribbons are missing.

Active Applications Add-ins have: "EPM add-in for Microsoft Office"

Inactive Application Add-ins have: "FPMXLClient.TechnicalCategory"

Disabled Application Add-ins is empty.

What do I need to do to keep the EPM AddIn up and running?

    I found the reason why...
    I installed the EPMEXCLCLNT31 that is not a big vol version.

    I downloaded now EPMEXCLCLNT30P2_2. That is a big vol. Now is runs...
