I have a relatively simple IDOC-to-IDOC scenario between S/4HANA -> SAP PO 7.5 -> SAP HCM. Whenever I try to send the IDOC (type COSMAS01) from S/4HANA to SAP PO I get the following message in my sender communication channel in SAP PO:
Processing error = Error adding first hoplist entry. Exception: SLDAccess set to true, but not available.
Any ideas?
Okay, found a solution: Restarted the XPI Adapter: XI from the JAVA services, now everything is running smoothly.

Go to SAP NWA-->Troubleshoot--->Logs and Traces--->Log Viewer
There you could able to see Log Files-->Click on this and select download files.
You could able to download trace files.Check the root cause of the error in trace files.

Hi Aris,
Based on the error message your SLD is down, cannot access at the movement.
SLDAccess set to true, but not available.

Doesn't make any sense, my SLD is up and running. Since I had the last part of the message before ("Exception: SLDAccess set to true, but not available") i'm particulary interested in the first part of the message ("Processing error = Error adding first hoplist entry"). Any more suggestions?
