Duplicate files generated in SAP DMS content server

Team,

In SAP DMS,when i am clicking the attachments file in cv02n multiple times duplicate file generated into sap content server.

Source system : ECC

Target system : Content server

For eg;

My login id : user A in ECC system.

File size:100 KB

Source system Attachment in CV02N: File1( clicking multiple 10 times)

Target Content server : User A(The same file size 10 times generated).

How to restrict duplicate generated file(File1) in the target content server?

Please help us.

regarding the reported issue I do not really understand why there is a file created on a second content server?

Because when you display a file in CV02N or CV03N then a local copy is created on your laptop/PC but not on a content server. At https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/x/PQB0AQ you will find information where the local file is created and how to customize this path.
