I have a requirement where cloud OTM - CPI - SAP on premise needs to be integrate.

Please suggest the methodology ASAP for the above scenario would be appariciated.

Cloud Connector is the SAP Cloud Platform solution for accessing your on-premise SAP systems from Cloud Integration/CPI. It is supported directly in the Cloud Integration configuration; set Proxy Type to On-Premise in your receiver channel, and the backend call will be routed through Cloud Connector instead of over the Internet.
