Most likely what you'll need to do is manually forward the requests to your PRD import queue, and keep external records of which ones are approved and which ones are still pending, and use great care when performing your PRD imports to only import those which are approved, until such time as all 196 have moved forward and you can resume fully normal operations again.
Yes, you probably could edit the statuses in a table, but this way you don't need to do anything under the hood.
