Workflow for PP01 ( Maintain Data)

Hi Experts,

Could you please let me know the workflow for PP01 ( Maintain Data ). whenever the Object type is changed from Active/Planned/Submitted/Approved/Rejected. an E-mail has to be sent through Workflow.
