Issuer of SSO ticket is not authorized-EP 7.0 sp 12

Hi All,

Scenario :

I have a dev, test and prod system each having 3 clients 100, 200,300.

SSO has been set up and works well with the CRM backend system for dev and test but for production system, the SSO throws the above message.

The connection tests have passed.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hmm..

If connection tests worked, it should work.

I suggest checking usual suspects via SAP Note Number: 701205:

1. Profile Parameter login/accept_sso2_ticket=1

2. ACL in STRUSTSSO2 (SSO2) transaction

3. If you use SSO for webgui, make sure you do not jump cross domain.
