Issue management in solution manager

Hi,

i have created and issue in SOLAR02 and am trying to assign this issue to a test package in SOLAR_WORK, i.e when i go to SOLAR_WORK and click on the test package ,i then click on the traffic light icon once i do that there is a tab called messages where i am tryin to assign this issue which i created in SOLAR02 ,it gives me an error saying "message does not exist "

can anyone help me on this

Dear Harsha,

Please check the message no you are entering is correct.

There are 2 no.s generated as one for internal and one for external no range.

so check which you are entering.

Pls assign pts if it helps.
