sd/fi/mm process for sale of asset/stock items

Dear SD gurus,

pl let us know if any integrated process exists for sale of asset / surplus stock items thru sd billing, and integrated with mm/fi.

currently if i want to do asset sale, i am doing transaction thu abavn and raising billing document outside sap, bcos not aware any integrated process thru fi-aa with sd sales process.

need a solution for sales process for the above integrated with fi-aa, and also sales process for sale of surplus stock ite
