Priority of SUpport Message ...

Hello,

do you know how could I find out priority of a Support Message? Does exist any FM or table where the relation is contained in? And the last question. How could I find out text (description) for some priority number?

Hi,

have a look at tables:

CRMD_ORDERADM_H - (contains document number and GUID)

CRMD_ACTIVITY_H - (contains GUID and PRIORITY)

SCPRIO - (contains long text description for PRIORITY)
