error msg: XSERVER might be inactive

Hi , I encounter an error when I tried connect to a remote MAXDB database from my own computer:

I am using below command to connect :

dbmcli -d db_name -n server_name -u user,password

and I received following error message:

*Error! Connection failed to node *** for database **:

XSERVER might be inactive

Does anybody know how to troubleshoot this issue? Appreciate your help in advance

The error message is pretty clear

Issue an

x_server start

on the remote machine.
