Multiple account assignment in PO

Hye,

I am trying to create a PO with multiple GL accounts

When i enter account assignment as X, item category D and enter the details, in the account assignment i want to xxxx GL account 50% and for yyyyy GL Account 50%

I tried clicking on multiple account assignment key in account assignment tab but am not able to add a new line as it is in grey mode

Can anyone please help me on this

Hi,

You have to do a config setting in the path IMG-MM-Purchasing-Account Assignment-Maintain Account assignment categories....select the acct assg cat 'X' and change the value of the field ID: ACC ASSG Screen to '2'....presently it must have been 1.

This will put up a screen for multiple account entries during your PO creation.

Hi,

For Service PO, you cann't include the multiple G/L accounts in the Account assignment tab.

You need to goto Services tab, there already you have included the service no and qty & gross value, System ask to you to enter the G/L account & cost centre.

Then that will be in display mode in Account assignment tab of Service PO.

So if you want to add the multiple G/L account then again goto Services tab, include the same service no & enter the qty & value which you want to divide to other G/L account, system will again ask you to enter the G/L account & cost centre there input your other G/L account.

Check the same in ACcount assignment tab of PO, you will find 2 lines with multiple G/L accounts .
