Text Determination

Hi SAP GURU,

I want text ( which i mainatied in customer master/Material master) to be determinated in the sales order header level. For example...I maintained text in customer master " How are you", I want the same text to be reflect at the time of creating sales order...what the config setting i have to do. Please guide me step by step.
