Netweaver 7.1 PI unable to brow

HI Guru,

I have configured Netweaver 7.1 PI, Installation has been successfully done,

But after the post installation setting I am unable to open URL

http://sapnbipoc.com:50000

I haver add the following parameter in RZ 10 profile

Icm/host_name_full u2013 sapnbipoc.com:50000

Login/system_client u2013 100

Icm/server_port_0 - PROT=HTTP, PORT=80$$, TIMEOUT=30, PROCTIMEOUT=600

can any one suggest why I am unable to acces web page
