mapping

i want to use only 1 picece agiant irespctive qty of production order,after i used one piece i will give it back to the stores.i will re use it foranother order .some times i have to produce that item if i dont have that item .when i prouduce for 1 st time only cost should should be allocated to respective production order.when i resue it for other production order same piece cost should not be allocated to order.i can`t put negative qty in bom ,

i will give full points... surprisingly still no answer from experts
