Recruitment

Hi ,

I have a doubt in recruitment. When I go and hire internal applicant in pb40 screen it is not hiring and giving me error message "Cross-referenced employee 00000000 not found".

What does this error mean. Can't we hire internal applicant ? Or only we can hire external applicant"
