RFQ Print Out

Hi

In the RFQ after saving am getting msg generated.

But when i see the message line.. In the Status column am getting traingle symbol.. as Not Processed.

For this am not able to see the RFQ print preview.

How to make this processed

Go to ME9A tcode and give details what u require,

get print out for that.

From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Logistics --> Materials Management --> Purchasing -->RFQ/Quotation -->Quotation --> Display.

Before the release of RFQ you can see the print out of it ....

RELEASE RFQ from tcode ME45...

From this tcode you can see the Print preview...

SPRO -> Materials Management-> Purchasing-> Messages-> Output Control

Under this all the required Customizings to be Maintained.

If you have Created anew Output type Maintain the settings in

Message Types-> Define Message Types for Request for Quotation -> Fine-Tuned Control: Request for Quotation

Message Determination Schemas-> Define Message Schema for Request for Quotation-> Selct the Procedure & Click on Control Data & Maintain the New Output type.

Now Maintain the Message condition Record in MN01 Transaction,

Enter the Output type -> Select the Key Combination -> Document type.

Enter the Document Type & maintain the Partner function VN, Maintain Medium as 1 & Despatc time as 3 or 4 based on your requiremnt.

Maintain the Communication Data - Printer & Flag The Check box Print Immediately.

Now Create the RFQ & message will be determined
