Retirement Age -Dynamic action

Dear all,

Please help me in Creating a dynamic action so that whenever Birthdate is updated in Infotype 0002, Date specification infotype gets created with Retirement date by adding 58 yrs to Birth date from infotype 0002 GBDAT.

Please help me in this regard.
