IDOC HRMD_A07 Delimiting Issue

Hi ,

We are using Standard IDoc HRMD_A07 for data transfer of Employees from our External SAP System. The BEDGA /ENDAA Dates of the records in both the systems are not in Sync. Therefore , we are getting multiple active records within the same date range. (Time Constraint is not being followed during data transfer )

Kindly suggest the right approach for such scenarios.
