Changing the Qty and Price in PO after Partial Delivery

Hi All,

I want to know if it is possible to change the price and qty in the PO after Partial delivery against that PO.

It is my practical situation as our raw material are petroleum products and keeps changing.

Creating a new PO is not a good idea as we order bulk qty and cannnot issue a new PO whenever the price changes.

Anybody ?
