Able to Connect to db but cannot get data

I am able to connect to my database with ODBC. I can see and select the tables I need. I can create a report with fields from the table but when I go to preview, I get no records.

If I create the same report with Excel using a Pivot Table, I have no problems retreiving the data.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
